Step 1: Fill out the registration form. This tells us how many campers you plan to bring to camp.
Step 2: We will send an invoice for the deposit amount for your church ($75 per student & adult leader). This deposit is due upon receipt of the invoice and is non-refundable. All unpaid spots will be released after 30 days. Once paid your spots are confirmed.
Step 3: We will send you a link to enter details for each camper you plan to bring. This is where we will collect information for each camper such as their age, name, gender, t-shirt size, etc… We recommend sending this link to the camper’s parents to be filled out as they will have to input medical insurance information as well as sign a waiver for their student. Registration details are due April 30th, 2022.
Step 4: We will send a second invoice with your remaining balance. Final payments are due May 15th, 2022.
